More and more data are located nowadays on mobile devices (Smartphones, mobiles, etc.). ADAMI * vista CRM supports this trend, as it exports OPTIONALY the data you have selected, from Adami application into Outlook using the Synchronization with Microsoft® Outlook.
You can define by yourself if you want to synchronize contacts, appointments, visits with Outlook and then connect your mobile device for synchronization or set it up to immediately take the changes via UMTS/EDGE (push-technology) over.
